Unlike several tools in this category, Kicksta is still operating — it has been running since 2015 and remains actively supported. That alone distinguishes it from Jarvee, MassPlanner and Instagress, all of which are gone. But it works differently from a follower delivery service, and the difference matters.

How Kicksta Actually Works

Kicksta uses what is often called the "shoulder tap" method. Independent reviews also flag pricing starting around $49/month as high relative to alternatives, and a refund policy handled case-by-case rather than guaranteed.

The Automation Question

Kicksta positions itself as operating within Instagram's guidelines by mimicking human behaviour. It is still automation: the platform performs actions from your account.
